Arts of Eden has been created to support animal Rescue.
A few summers ago we had the opportunity to rescue a beautiful blind mare, Cherokee and give her a forever home. She was living alone in a small paddock often up to her hock in mud, no where to move, no companionship and neglected. Any profits from the sales of items here, go into her 'Cherokee Fund'.

Cherokee came to us blind from Uveitis, Gluacoma and cataracts-all diseases were treatable and could have prevented her blindness. She has lameness in her hind legs, has suffered from Founder in all 4, her feet had not been shod in well over a year and half, as well she was underweight and pregnant. Since her purchase she has had her feet corrected, gained 200 lbs, gone from 15.2 to 16.3 hands! and learned to be a horse..:)

The artwork presented here has been created by me, Caron Wiedrick. As a member of Artists United for Animal Rescue, artistsunitedforanimalrescue.org , the sales of the original artwork has gone towards various rescue organizations thruout the US and Canada.
